Covid-19 update and new operations policy

We are very pleased to be open again as usual for stays.  All our stays are covered by our flexible cancellation policy this year so you can book with peace of mind.  In the event of any future lockdown you can choose either a full refund or move your stay up to 48 hours before arrival. 

 

At this current time we are unfortunately not taking general spa bookings. We are only open for pre-booked spa treatments for guests only. Please note we are also not issuing vouchers at the moment. Please get in touch with us if you have an existing voucher to use.

All our cabins operate a self check in. You will be given a key box PIN so you can check in yourselves. In addition parking permits are virtual so set up remotely.

Rooms will have hand sanitiser, hand wash and cleaning products including disposable antibacterial wipes and kitchen roll. All bedding, towels, cushions, throws and magazines will changed and cleaned between guests.

If you do display any symptoms we kindly request you to reschedule your stay. We reserve the right to refuse any guest that is displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

Please use common sense when in and around Ventnor and respect distancing rules. Remember to wash your hands when you return back to your room.

Cleaning has always been a priority for us and now it is more important than ever, our updated cleaning and sanitising follows current Government guidelines and best practise. These include:

  • Our cleaning staff wearing appropriate PPE.

  • Enhanced cleaning covering touch point areas including, handles, switches, remote controls and high contact furniture.

  • Full sanitisation of areas between guests including steam cleaning of floors.

  • Ventilation of rooms during cleaning.
