Covid-19 update and new operations policy
Although Covid rules have now been relaxed, your stay in 2022 is still covered by our flexible cancellation policy. That means that in the event of any future lockdown, or Government restriction on being able to travel due to new variants, you can choose either a full refund or move your stay up to 48 hours before arrival with no penalty.
Our enhanced cleaning procedures will still remain in place, and all our cabins operate a self check in. You will be given a key box PIN so you can check in yourselves. In addition parking permits are virtual so set up remotely.
Rooms will have hand sanitiser, hand wash and cleaning products including disposable antibacterial wipes and kitchen roll. All bedding, towels, cushions, throws and magazines will changed and cleaned between guests.
Cleaning has always been a priority for us and we will continue with best practise. These include:
Enhanced cleaning covering touch point areas including, handles, switches, remote controls and high contact furniture.
Full sanitisation of areas between guests including steam cleaning of floors.
Ventilation of rooms during cleaning.
